SHIPPING RATES

We offer free shipping on all orders over $40.

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

SHIPMENT METHOD & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

US orders will be shipped by USPS which takes around one week to arrive.

Non-US orders will be shipped by China Post or Canada Post which takes around 15~25 days.

* Overnight delivery is available with extra payment for expedited shipping. Please find the option when complete the order.

* Delivery delays can occasionally occur which is subject to shipping carriers.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

DAMAGES OR LOST

DANKBANGER is taking care of any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and email info@dankbanger.com with clear pictures or videos for a claim of replacement or refund.
